he house consists of five bedrooms, three of them with private verandahs offering magnificent views of the surrounding grasslands. Each bedroom is furnished in the same style as rest of the house and has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have old style colonial bathtubs. Every detail is as authentic as possible. At Vizcacheras there are never more than fourteen guests. The colonial atmosphere of an old Estancia in Argentina with both style and luxury is cherished.

Food & Drink

izcacheras brings to the table the traditional flavors of the Argentine cuisine. Guests at the ranch will encounter a homey cuisine inspired by European immigrants with the added tastes of these far away lands. The accent is on healthy dishes, making use of local produce like wild fruits, game and livestock. Of course all the beef addicts will find themselves at ease tasting the traditional and world-renowned Argentine barbecue. Lunch and dinner will be always escorted with the marvelous Argentine wines from the Andes valleys. Local farmers supply fresh fruit and vegetables. Milk and all dairies come from a nearby dairy farm. Weather permitting bread will be baked in the traditional adobe oven. For the vegetarians we also have tasty dishes!
